rental rates

Weekday (Mon–Thu): $105/hour · 2-hour minimum

Weekend (Fri–Sun): $150/hour · 2-hour minimum

Half-day (4 hours): $465

Full-day (8 hours): $795

Content & photo shoots (weekday, small crews): $70/hour

A $65 cleaning fee and refundable $150 damage deposit apply. Beer & wine service and event staffing available on request.
